This is the worst place I've ever lived in. Power cuts with little to no explanation, general incompetence of administration, water cuts every other day, inconsistencies with rent etc. Don't sin that lease!

Only someone who is self-loathing or self-destructive would willingly choose to live in these premises. Not only did management shield the two individuals who stole my belongings (a situation I ultimately had to deal with myself), but the building is also plagued by a serious roach infestation. To make matters worse, frequent electricity and water outages have become the norm, and management's response to residents' concerns is virtually nonexistent. Issues are ignored rather than resolved. Instead of investing in reliable backup solutions to protect tenants during outages, management appears more interested in hosting rooftop events while residents are left to throw away spoiled food and bear the financial losses. I lived here for just over two years, and that was two years too long. For the amount I was paying to live in the CBD, I could have rented an entry-level studio apartment in Rosebank and received significantly better value, service, and living conditions. Instead, I paid premium prices for service that felt more in line with what you'd expect from far less desirable accommodation. The price simply does not match the experience. The only reason this review has one star is because zero stars isn't an option. This has been, without question, one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. The property is poorly managed, tenant concerns are consistently overlooked, and the standard of service falls far below what is promised. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone—NOT EVEN TO MY WORST OF WORST ENEMIES.
