The LED Shop Cape Town - beware!

Initially great response and service from Andrew Faber at his online store; I was looking for a new set of front indicators for my BMW R1150GS motorcycle. He confirmed the ones listed would fit my bike so I ordered them and he sent them immediately. My fears turned into reality when upon receipt of the items found that they definitely would not fit and are of the wrong type completely. I wrote back to Andrew requesting a solution, and he said he would try and source the correct ones for me. Fair enough, so I waited and waited and waited. Many unanswered emails later (he supplies no telephonic contact numbers) I am still sitting with indicators that don't fit and less money in my bank account. I have tried so many times to contact Andrew but to no avail - he is clearly ignoring me in the vain hope that I will drop the issue. It's a matter of principle, it's quite clear to me he doesn't have any.
