The laughing dog plumstead

Horrific customer service! This is a dog grooming business and my dogs were visibly shaken after their visit and one of my dogs had a terrible cut on his left ear. I was told by the nasty old woman who runs this poor excuse for a business that this sort of thing happens and it’s no big deal. When I let her know how dissatisfied I was with her response she promptly cursed and told me I should get out of her shop. Not only does this woman have awful people s****s, she is abusive to the defenseless animals left in her care.
