I will never shop at The Last Hunt online retailer again

I will never purchase from Last Hunt again and will share my message I purchased a Helly Hanson jacket for my husband in XL which is the size I always purchase for him... and yes I have purchased Helly Hanson before I used to own a ski shop and carried their line. This coat fits more like an ***L and they refuse to exchange it. I am beyond furious! I am a business owner and understand there are two sides to a story but this is simply not standing behind their products and service. Awful customer service.
