My Face Chin Area is Burned Badly at The Laser Loft in Durban North, SA

After your kind response, I'm writing to justify my reasons for rating you zero/10, but now I rate you 10/10. I think the main issue I encountered on that day in your clinic, perhaps your colleague had a rough day that’s why I had an extremely bad experience in your clinic. As you’re aware, I'm not a citizen of South Africa and I think your employer is not a South African either, perhaps she was jealous of me. Nevertheless, on that day of the treatment, your employer asked me several intimate and personal questions about my life for which you require informed permission. I'm simply judging her because of the bad experience, I’m not Judging everyone in your clinic. Then, your employer decided to use the laser to burn my face. Knowing that I've attended the clinic for over five sessions, only on the most recent one, my face got burned by your employer. You already know that my face is getting stunning but I’m afraid that your employer has something else in mind.
