My first two purchases with them were 4 and 5 start. My third purchase was a shambles. Here are my key tips with doing business with them: - Arrange before hand you want to unbox laptop infrom of them. Did this first two times and was happy with purchases. - Dont expect ANY HELP when returning products. - Their products arent that bad.. but expect your keyboard to have two or three keyboard keys not work perfectly in 2/3 months time.

These guys are cheap - and you get what you pay for. Products are a 50% hit or miss (over the longer term). The following are minor issues, and you should be able to excuse them. Dont expect: - your charging cables to work properly / or perfectly fit (test them when unboxing, my mistake), - backlit keyboards as advertised, - all drives to be properly installed when you receive it

They run a solid Somali operation in SA. Dont expect VAT invoices :-)
