Worse purchase experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN.

I bought an SSD drive from this place, [Order #14103] (March 18, 2020). Not only was the package unacceptably poorly protected, but is was the wrong disk in any case. I have sent numerous requests via whatsapp, email and online. I have even tried to phone the office, but I did not get a single reply. This is ***** and theft. I will be opening a police case to this extent as well.
