Weak and unprofessional

I saw an ad that they sell second hand laptops and i found a macbook for an affordable price. They were fast in selling me the laptop but when i asked about the apps advertised with it i couldn't even use it. I later saw an ad advertising the exact same macbook, with the same pictures and applications thats falsely advertised with it.. just with different specs. So i dont even know if i bought the same macbook i saw in the ad i saw. And when they had to send the important documents that comes with the macbook they kept giving excuses why they are unable to send it and now they are just straight up ignoring me. They give very unprofessional service and are dishonest with the products they are selling. I recommend any other place. You will regret buying from this business.
