Was frustrated at first now really happy and impressed

I bought a laptop whilst they were using a 3rd part company I am very happy and satisfied with their service I will recommend them as I am happy I managed to get hold of Nigel and it was handled very professionally and I even received a better unit I was very angry with the service and customer care I was receiving from the 3rd party company as the service was terrible now am satisfied and I will vouch for them and really happy and impressed
