THE LAPTOP SHOP IS THE WORST! STAY AWAY!

The Laptop Shop are the biggest ********* and ******** I have ever come across! Late November, I purchased a laptop that I was told was new. When the laptop arrived, it was a refurbished one with scratches and a damaged webcam. I contacted them and they said they would exchange it. I chose a Lenovo and I was told this had been a demo. I struggled for over a week to get them to send the new laptop! When it finally arrived, it was not the laptop I had ordered. It was a different Lenovo, with different specifications, and the shell was damaged. I have been struggling for over a month now to get the second incorrect laptop sent back to them and get refunded. They ignore half of my telephone calls; they never phone back when they say they will; they always have an excuse and I am sick of hearing "I am waiting for my manager" who is ALWAYS on sick leave or in a meeting. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ******** BUSINESS! They have NOT delivered the product that I have paid for and they are not refunding me! Their service is absolutely pathetic.
