Suspect Company

Even giving one star is too much.

I placed a laptop order, and after sending numerous emails with no reply I phoned them. First I got the COVID excuse, then I got the excuse that they still processing orders from December, this is mid January now? Now they claim they have no stock of the unit, when I placed order I was told they had stock. I even said I would collect when I placed order initially but was told that because of COVID, I cant collect - every thing is just very suspect with this company

They don't give out managers name, but only pass you around various people there pretending to be managers. They only have 1 email address

They have no idea on what they are doing and honestly think that is fine to make customers wait for days on end.

the favorable reviews for this company make me think that there staff/friends wrote them.
