shocking service and non working laptop

I have bought a refurbished laptop from The Laptop Shop. Since first day of receiving the laptop I have had nothing but issues. 1) The Laptop was not working as 90% of the drivers was not loaded 2) The power supply was wrong and required 65w not 45w 3) The Laptop was not to full spec SSD drive was missing.

I contacted Laptop shop raised my concerns.The power supply was resolved. However while they tried to figure the rest out, I downloaded all drivers and managed to get the Laptop in a working state. When I received the SSD drive I installed it and the drive was locked I required bitelocker key which I never recieved.I had to wipe the drive to access it and then reinstall the software, however I did not receive the software keys either. When installing the SSD drive the HDD drive (Hard Drive) locked and cannot access the drive at all now.. I have requested for all keys which no one can provide me with and the laptop is absolutely useless.

I demand that this gets resolved immediately.
