After selling me a laptop "with" Office and then finding out 30 days later that it was only a trial version, I have phoned for the last 90 days since the trial expired, only to get thru to a different person every time!!!! Once the person that answers hears its regarding a complaint they conveniently change their name to something else!!! and the person that you want to speak to is never available. Just went back onto their original website which was called The laptop shop and now it has been changed to just laptop shop!!! All their numbers have disappeared off the website as well. According to CIPC the registered owner is SUCCEED MUSONZA , but nobody knows him ????. This is a **** do not buy from this company .
