STAY AWAY Unless you enjoy getting messed around! The only reason for 5 stars is to show up on the first page! They deserve a -5! Click on the 1 * for a true reflection of what happens here! Before purchasing I specifically asked if they were VAT registered, this was subsequently re-confirmed by 2 managers even though the invoice I received does not reflect any of the required information. I am yet to receive the corrected invoice even after being promised it numerous times! I explicitly instructed them NOT to send the laptop until all of the admin issues were sorted out, they sent it anyway... AND THEN THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE! How it made it in one piece is a miracle! A bit of bubble wrap and a loose power supply in a massive box! Unbelievable! A very poorly run company! Managers make false promises and are always in a flipping meeting!
