Poor Laptop Shop Customer Service

We bought a laptop from the Laptop Shop last week. It has been making a strange whirring noise since we started it up. They are unreachable on the phone and are ignoring voice messages left and not responding to emails. I think this is very poor customer service considering they wont release the laptop until they've received payment. Then nothing from them.
