Misleading adverti*****ts, terrible service, do not buy from this store

I ordered a laptop that I was told was new, but when it arrived it was an old, damaged laptop that would not even boot up. Getting hold of the staff support is a nightmare. They have promised me a replacement laptop that is new, but it has been over 6 weeks now and they have not done a thing despite repeated emails, messages and phone calls via all of their communication channels.

The last time I managed to speak to them they refused to send me any details regarding the supposed 'replacement' laptop that they are sending me. When I inquired about it I got a lot of attitude and then shortly thereafter the salesperson hung up on me.

I cannot recommend these guys. If you buy from them, you are taking a big risk.
