Laptop shop are *****s and ******

Thieving lying cheats and *****s. Laptop recieved is not the spec i requested and they will not refund or exchange or make good. Have blocked my phone now and wont take calls. Do not use these people. Have subtly changed name to try and disassociate themselves from all negative comment. I have a legal case of theft pending. Avoid at all costs!!!
