Horrible Customer Service - Avoid

Bought a 2nd hand surface pro from them, came in decent condition however the charger was not working, this was during lockdown and I was promised a new charger when the delivery companies were allowed to deliver door to door, my messages are being ignored now and no resolve in weeks, avoid!
