frustrated and ****med

Bought a Lenovo laptop in January 2021, which was sold with windows and Office.............. that's what the ad said. This is not the case, office has not been activated . Everyday i follow up with them, everyday is the same BS answer that they working on it, or their system is down. My calls are only answered when i call from a different number, but i still end up at the same result....frustrated and ****med, nearly 2 months later.
