Damaged laptop delivered - I have whatsapped. called. facebooked. emailed and NOTHING.

5 months later and im still sitting with a damaged laptop - no resolution. I was sent a damaged - expensive laptop. They promised to exchange it. 5 months later and they cant find my order and dont respond.
