Cannot trust them
They send me a laptop with a smaller SSD. I sent various e-mails.They made promises but did not kept it. Send them 2 letters via my attorney. They ignored it He phoned them. They made promises but did not come back. I actually want to give them ZERO for customer service and keeping promises.

03 Aug 2020, 10:57Their apology means nothing. It is a month later and they did not contact me to rectify the situation. I even sent them an email to remind them of their promise. They did not react. Be very careful to trust these people. What must I do? I consider it to take them to the court for small claims.
