Beware! They sent the wrong item and do not replace it or process my refund

I am a very unhappy customer.

I ordered a grey laptop but received a pink one. The Laptop shop have been made aware of this to which i receive a vague "We will check with our warehouse" response via Whatsapp and then nothing further. They have made no attempt to rectify the situation and I have had no contact from them in over a month.

I politely demanded a refund both via whatsapp and email but have heard nothing on the matter.

Really disappointed in the poor customer service.

I will not do business here again!
