AVOID The Laptop Shop

I don't have an issue with the product the way others have reported. I discovered the Microsoft Office Pro 2016 loaded was a pirate copy. After numerous requests to remedy, emails, whats app messages- I had no response and was eventually forced to purchase another Microsoft Office Pro 2016 license after being sold a product that included it. Just checked, and its still being sold like that - Dell XPS 13 9360 with Microsoft Office Pro 2016. Second issues- I requested a proper invoice - also no response.

This is such a pity as this business came highly recommended by a trusted associate. Also a pity because I was keen to purchase 2 more of these great laptops. However I'll never buy from this crowd again. Not recommended at all.
