Providing faulty devices and the worst after sales service

Faulty device, broken promises and lack of delivery. The laptop I bought was delivered much later than promised. The sound has never work on the laptop. The battery has never worked properly, and is now is not charging at all. 4 months of waiting for resolution. Blaming supplier. Promises to replace at own cost never materialises. DO NOT use this company.
