Paid, nothing received

I've ordered a laptop on 29 November, paid the full amount and still did not receive the laptop. I find it extremely unprofessional that they cannot even reply or answer the phone to give me feedback on the order that was placed.

Every time there are promises made and still no delivery.

Finally got hold of them late in December, I was promised feedback within 24hours which never happened.

Request sent through my bank for a fund reversal, feedback from the bank is that tje company have insufficient funds???
