ORDERED LAPTOP ON 26 NOVEMBER. NO LAPTOP, NO REFUND.

Ordered laptop on 26 November 2021, did immediate payment as requested so laptop could be shipped quickly.

Was told laptop was ready for delivery 14 days later, they ignored all requests to send me the tracking information, then came the excuses of a mix-up with my order.

They are impossible to get a hold of, all emails and phone calls get ignored, if by chance they reply on messenger, you get told they will investigate and speak to the team or for you to mail accounting, those emails get ignored as well.
