Faulty demo unit, Unprofessional conduct

I don't recommend purchasing from them! I ordered a demo unit on 25 September 2021, subsequently they said their stock was faulty. They gave me the run around and gave me excuses as to why they cant give me the unit I ordered so I asked for a refund. After 3 months they finally refunded me after I've already had to pay additional lawyers fees to draft a letter of demand, not to mention the airtime fees to call them for updates every day

Very unprofessional. It's been a traumatic experience to say the least. Highly do NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM LAPTOP GUYS
