Dishonest Business
I ordered a laptop from the Laptop Guys on their cyber Monday specials. The laptop was advertised with a mouse. However, when it arrived there was no mouse and the charger was damaged with loose and hanging wires. I contacted the Laptop Guys and they promised to deliver a mouse and a new charger to me. Up to now this has not been delivered. They have stopped taking my calls or responding to my messages. I will strongly advise anyone against purchasing from this business, it is DISHONEST and has no regard for customer etiquette!!!
