Bad service

We bought 4 laptops from them in September 2021. Immediately noticed a battery issue with the 1 laptop. Called them and thats where it all fell apart. Promises to collect , more promises . Eventually collected the laptop a month later - November 2021. Up till now we never received the laptop back. No response to email. They do not answer the phones . No response to whatsapp. Please stay away from these dogey guys . Not worth the trouble. Thinking of reporting a ***** case because they got paid for the laptop and we do not have a laptop.
