Bad service

Terrible service, they drop their phone when I ask about my order. They don't respond to the whatsapp and email. I'm still waiting for my refund because no one is answering me. I'm now waiting for my lawyers and ombudsman so I can get my refund. Overall service is extremely terrible. Avoid at all costs
