Ordered a Laptop in Dec 2021 , have not received communication from them in over 3 months , no replies to emails or whatsapp messages. Promised delivery in 3 to 5 days, but none received to date.

Opened a case against them. Received a call this morning and spoke to Terry who promised to refund in 10 days. Will not be ordering from them again.
