No Service at all

Beginning of October 2020 I brought one of my chandelier for maintaining / adding some parts. I was told it will be finished before Christmas. Right after Christmas I was there and had to learn that they didn’t even start to work on it. But it will be the next. At the 20 Jan. 2021 the chandelier was hanging there, still not started to be worked on it.

This is absolutely in-discussible, what a bad / not existing / ******** service.
