The Lakes Hotel. terrible service

Hosted a training at the Lakes, from the first day the service was pathetic... After a few complaits it actually got worse... Food as you know was horrible. We paid for full buffet meals and yet servings were rationed. Yiu couldnt have 2 eggs for example. Absolutely disappointing
