DISTGUSTING SERVICE

I went to The Lab for a brazillian straight, and when i arrived i was told that i was nt getting a brazillian but a straightening treatment. I voiced my concerns that it would not work, and it did not. I was left alone at the salon while everyone ran errands and i just found their service very unprofessional. i contacted the hairdresser and she said she would sort out a brazillian and its now almost 3 months and ive heard nothing. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!
