Disappointing Keratin Treatment Experience: Lack of Accountability from Business Owner

My recent experience with Kurt's hair services was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering my previous positive encounters with him. Although I had never tried the Keratin treatment before, I decided to give it a go. Initially, the results seemed fine, but by the second day, my hair didn't behave as expected. Upon informing Kurt and sharing pictures, he reassured me that everything would improve after the first wash, scheduled a few days later. While initially offering a complimentary wash, he later reneged, citing a previous discount on the treatment. Despite this setback, I purchased additional products from him and invested in high-quality styling tools in anticipation of the treatment's longevity.

However, even after the wash, my dissatisfaction persisted, prompting further communication with Kurt. He suggested that the person who washed my hair may have made an error, which seemed improbable given their expertise and adherence to product instructions. Additionally, Kurt's relocation to Cape Town meant I would have to wait until the end of April for a remedy, possibly at an additional cost.

Overall, this experience has left me deeply unsatisfied and questioning the quality of service provided.
