Unacceptable

We ordered feed 2 weeks in advance to accommodate upgrades that they have and Sandra at the Eagles Rock Feed Mill did not deem it necessary to contact us in order to inform us they cannot service our order, we got there to pick up the feed and was informed that the order was not done, thus wasting our time, and fuel for the 2 vehicles, we've been supporting them for a year but that will stop after this order.
