We will take your money, and not give you training

I entered for a Agile foundation and practitioner course with them.<br> The day before the course they could not deliver the goods.<br> Then they said they have the right to hold a virtual course, to which I did not agree.<br> They subsequently stopped all communications and refused to give me my training and certification.<br> Then I had to proceed and do the course through another company.<br> They have not refunded me for my course and said they reserve the right to take all my money.
