Never try #TheKnowledgeAcademy.

Never try #TheKnowledgeAcademy. Earlier this month, I registered for 5 training within #TheKnowledgeAcademy, hoping to access high quality training materials. However, after trying two of five trainings, I found out a very low quality training materials, including only pure theoretical power point slides without any example case, media or references. Just after 2 days I raised my concern and asked to cancel my registration and refund my registration costs. In return, #TheKnowledgeAcademy told me they can not cancel it and whether I should choose another training or continue with existing one. Having such an experience with #TheKnowledgeAcademy, I am totally unsatisfied with their services and found it very irrespectful to see how they address customer concerns. They provide low quality content and as soon as you registered for the course and experienced its quality, there is no way to refund your cost for trainings which have worst quality. I just wanted to share my experience with my network to learn from my experience and never try #TheKnowledgeAcademy.
