Extreme Poor Service

<p>Kitchen Studio Midrand installed my kitchen in March and I choose a technistone as a counter top but they installed something different to what I ordered . The quality was extremely poor and the stone was chipping. Today I discovered that they installed brushed aluminum skirting that absorb water .I actually realised when one of their staff member removed it as it was peeling in a space of short space. Hinges that were installed a month ago are even rusted and they removed today . </p> <p>I have reported this repeatedly but they are not giving my concerns the attention it deserves. Bryan the Sales person, ignores our calls. He just signed the deal and is not interested in resolving my complaint. I have every intention of reporting them to The Kitchen Specialist Association .</p> <p>I am so angry that such a big company can do that to its clients while they promise good quality . The quality of my kitchen is horrible and I haven't even used it.</p>
