repairs

M y kitchen under counter draws were not working properly the sliders were a bit sticky! The Kitchen factory removed the draws (two) completely! After 4 weeks i inquired whats going on! They promised on 4 occasions to come and install them! Then i get a call they cant do it anymore! So agreed to fetch them! On my arrival i discovered they were taken apart and some of the panels were missing and the sliders were missing! I asked them get them in the state they took them out of my kitchen! In the last week could not speak to the owner and nobody can tell me what is going on!!! Really do not know how to handle this situation!!!
