Bad attitude

I installed a kitchen about 4 years ago from the Kitchen Factory. Most of the hinges have come loose. I called Brian to come and quote fixing the hinges and a cupboard as well as quoting me on a new kitchen or to fix the old one in the cottage. He came out to quote in Jan. To date I have called him either 5 or 6 times and he replies that he will get the office to follow up on the quote. Today I politely asked him if he did not want to do business with me. His reply was no not with your attitude and put the phone down on me. Lucky company clearly doing exceptionally well that they don't need business.
