Open Hostility to Elderly Couple at Cotswold Downs Security Gate and "The Kitchen at Cotswold".

After booking a table for our 53rd anniversary with a very pompous male receptionist, we arrived at the visiters gate of this gated complex to be met with a barked command of "pin" from the security guard. I tried to explain that we were visiting for the first time and had a reservation at the restaurant and was never made aware of this "pin". His arrogant response was, "no pin, no entry". We were directed off the premises and went to another restaurant which made us WELCOM.
