Soccer kit disaster

If you are looking to purchase a football kit for your football team this is not the place to go. I purchased a kit from this site on the 22 November 2021, when the kit arrived I found the kit sent was not what I ordered. I contacted the sales team from the site and they assured me they would send a courier to fetch the wrong kit but they cannot dispatch the correct kit until the wrong one had been returned, as this is their policy. After numerous efforts to contact them again including via thier contact number, webchat, email and whatsapp, I cannot get hold of this company and I am still waiting for the errorneous kit to be collected.
