KIT GROUP IS MISLEADING AND CARELESS

<p>I have been in the recruitment industry for 7 years.</p> <p>Kit Group has been our safety wear supplier for more than 6 years, and recently they were liquidated. They did not inform us and willingly accepted our payment for stock. Thus, lying to my face.</p> <p>I paid them R11 000 deposit for PPE and I was told by the staff that work at their Montague Gardens branch, that they are busy doing stock take, only to find out later, that they were being liquidated. They took the R11 000 and in my eyes, ran away with it.</p> <p>I have tried to find out what is going on and have been trying to speak to a senior manager, but no one is taking accountability. I need the R11 000 back and no one is taking my calls or getting back to me at all.</p> <p>Talking about client service when there is NO client service at all!!!!!!</p> <p>I will not in future ever go back to them or use them. The trust relationship between client and supplier has been broken.</p> <p>No one has returned my calls and I have never come across such poor service. Their receptionist's excuse is that they were merging and that is why they cant seem to resolve my query. They are refusing to pick up my calls.</p> <p>Deception in this industry is not taken lightly, particularly taking monies under such dubious circumstances.</p> <p>I have now engaged with an alternative supplier who is more than willing to go the extra mile.</p> <p>Kit Group has taken my money and I want it back.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
