KIRBY PRODUCT BAD SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

<p>A lady by the name of Moipone came to my house on the 16th May 2015 to demonstrate the Kirby product which she claimed was best for multi purpose cleaning . After the demo we agreed that I would buy the demo machine at a discounted price . My husband paid R14 000.00 for that machine and they promised to deliver the outstanding items the following day and clean the machine as well as they used it for demonstration . Upon checking where they demonstrated the next day, i could not see any difference in terms of cleanliness as claimed which made me not to be satisfied with their service.</p> <p>They never came and they promised to come the following weekend at a set time ,they called at that time cancelling our appointment.</p> <p>My husband called their offices and spoke to Hatty who promised that everything will be sorted out and nothing happened . I never used that machine from that day until my husband took it back to their offices on the 16 March 2016.</p> <p>They are playing hide and seek now to pay us back .we need money back with interest as their product is not worthy buying or use.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Funi & Jeanette Madlala</p> <p> </p>
