Kirby agent from Gordonsbay *******, don't buy from him!
<p>On the 16th of February 2016 I trade in my old Kirby for a new one and had to pay upfront for the Kirby machine and for extra vacume bags and carpet shampoo. I did receive my Kirby machine but till today the agent Danie van der Westhuizen from Gordonsbay did not send me the bags or the shampoo. I have phoned him and send him text massages numerous time, but to no avail. He just keep telling me he will send it next week. I also asked him to give me back my money, but are afraid to give him my banking details. I really don't trust this guy at all. </p>
I was so surprised to have a phone call from the Kirby Company in the UK the following week after I posted on Hellopeter. They promised me that the Kirby head office in Belville would call me and make arrangements to send me the goods. Unfortunately nobody called me yet, is this another empty promise?
