bad service with no refund-do not book with them

booked for accomodation through booking.com in 2020 April. When country was placed under locked down i received an email that i would be refunded and have been calling and sending emails since. A manager called and promised to look at the matter and each time he makes promises that never materializes and blames accounts lady
