Kids Corner Cooking Club: Poor Service: Wrong Cake

I ordered a special chocolate birthday cake from Taryn Dinsdale for my daughters birthday (she only eats chocolate and this was her special request). I confirmed the order on email and on the phone. She made the cake but made the WRONG flavour (she made vanilla). When my husband went to collect the cake she told him. She didn't call and apologise before or offer any way to make up for her error. I called her to let her know that I really didn't think that making the wrong flavour and not letting the client know, or offering to sort it out was at all good business, especially when I had paid in full and in advance. She responded, \It's not the wrong cake, just the wrong flavour\". She charged me R600 for the cake (paid in advance). Her refund offer was R200. She said she spent a lot of time on the decorating and wasn't prepared to refund me for that. I won't be using the Kids Corner Cooking Club ever again."
