I ordered a few items online from www.thekidzone.co.za, my order was delivered the very next day. I noticed one of the items was not what I thought it would be and advised The Kid Zone through their channels of this. Within an hour the product ws collected from me and the following day, I was asked whether I would like a refund or a credit. I chose a credit as I will definitely be ordering from them again. Such fantastic friendly customer service, something that is rarely found these days.
