Disappointed with online order

Whilst shopping online for Christmas gifts I came across free Barney bags on the kid zone. I thought perfect my son's class,he is going to a new class in his special needs school (next year).I can gift each child with a toy inside. After I made payment I received an email stating they cannot fulfill the order, as I have found a glitch in the system, they can only give me 5. For me it's the principle of the matter. I made payment for delivery and they received the money and then changed my order to suit themselves. I will never recommend to use them.
